Experience Team Director

 

Role Description:

Renovation Church’s Experience Team is a Parking Team, a Welcome Team and an Usher Team all rolled into one. The Experience Team also provides care for ambassadors who are serving in the gatherings each week.

The Director of the Experience Team will need to excel in executing the administrative tasks and anticipating the logistical needs for each area, while also facilitating unity throughout a team with many functions and roles. Excellent communication and organizational skills are a necessity.

Deliverables:

  • Consistently articulate and implement the team’s “win.”

  • Continually work to facilitate the connection between team members’ hearts and their weekly role functions.

  • Ensure every team member sees the worth in welcoming people well.

  • Foster genuine community within the team itself.

  • Foster a culture of honor, expectation, joy, excellence, and innovation.

  • Promote a culture where team members are consistently reminded of how their gifts fit their role on the team and uniquely serve the Body. Fight against the temptation to view this team as a “place to hide.”

  • Lovingly facilitate “belonging” for our Transcultural community. This is the front door of our church, and this team’s Director must be especially passionate about the transcultural nature of the gospel.

  • Work cohesively with other Sunday Morning teams, to facilitate functioning as a whole.
