2025 VISION
Why United Church?
United Church represents a new shared story for our church in this post-COVID season. Renovation Church began in 2011 with a mission to bring spiritual transformation to a community undergoing physical renovation.
Now, with a new location, a "75% new" congregation, and a renewed focus, United Church captures our core mission: to unite people to Jesus and each other.
Like a tapestry, where diverse threads come together to form a beautiful picture, we celebrate the unique identities and backgrounds of our community—racial, cultural, neurodiverse, socioeconomic, and more—woven together by God into something extraordinary.
This name marks our commitment to being a welcoming place for all, creating hope, healing, and belonging under Jesus.

Compassion Sunday is a day set apart to release children from poverty in Jesus’ name. It’s an opportunity for you to share your purpose and passion — and invite others to join a movement of life transformation.

We kick off Lent with a Prayer and Worship night on Ash Wednesday (March 5). Then, we fast and pray through Lent to prepare for the celebration of Resurrection Sunday.

May 18, 2025
We celebrate the public proclamation of Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour by those who have either committed or recommitted their life to Him.

We celebrate the grand opening of United Church and invite the city to see what Jesus is doing through our incredible community.

United Church Exists to Unite People to Jesus and Each Other.
But now you have been united with Christ Jesus. Once, you were far away from God, but now you have been brought near to him through the blood of Christ. For Christ himself has brought peace to us. He united Jews and Gentiles into one people when, in his own body on the cross, he broke down the wall of hostility that separated us. He did this by ending the system of law with its commandments and regulations. He made peace between Jews and Gentiles by creating in himself one new people from the two groups. Ephesians 2:13-15
